The EMS homeSTUDIO from Beurer is based on electrical muscle stimulation (EMS). The high-end EMS device features 4 separately controllable channels, which you can use to individually control the intensity of your workout in different areas of your body.
In the ""beurer EMS HomeStudio"" app, the virtual coach guides you step by step through your training. 20 recorded workouts are available with three levels of difficulty - alternatively, you can create your own workouts from 50 exercise videos. The subsequent trainer feedback with detailed statistics helps you to monitor your success in the long term.
Eight self-adhesive gel electrodes and a total of four cuffs (2x arm and 2x leg) enable particularly effective training. If necessary, cuffs in other sizes can be reordered. The handy trouser clip and storage bag ensure convenient usage and storage.
The high-end EM 95 EMS device provides you with a professional workout at home. You can connect with the “beurer EMS HomeStudio†app on your smartphone via Bluetooth®. A virtual coach can also support you. Track your performance and record your progress.
